Slovakia expects radical EU reform in 2004
Slovakia expects the EU to organise its Intergovernmental Conference in 2004 to adopt "a fundamental reform that will enable its effective functioning even with 25 or more members", said Slovakia's Foreign Minister, Eduard Kukan.
