Financial aid for European airlines?

As a fallout of the 11 September events in the US, European airlines are pushing for state aid to the sector. European Commissioner for Transport Loyola de Palacio will meet on Thursday 20 September with officials of the Association of European Airlines to discuss the impact of Black Tuesday on the European airline industry.
