Final WTO ruling on FSCs goes against US
The WTO has completed its final report on an EU complaint against US foreign sales corporations (FSCs). Indications are that, in line with last month's interim ruling, the confidential report comes down on the side of the EU. The WTO has taken the position that the latest form of FSCs still amount to an illegal export subsidy.
