European small businesses say Barcelona should address Lisbon "delivery gap"

The European Small Business Alliance (ESBA) expressed "grave concern at the ongoing increases in the regulatory environment for small businesses" and deplores the "evident lack of progress" regarding the Lisbon strategy. ESBA is mainly concerned about the implementation of the European Small Business Charter, adopted at Feira in 2000, and the presentation of the strategy for simplifying the regulatory environment.
