Candidate countries businesses still lack readiness for enlargement

A new survey of corporate readiness for enlargement, released by Eurochambres, states that almost 90 percent of enterprises in Central Europe still feel insufficiently informed on EU legislation. The survey also observes that half of the businesses in the candidate countries have not yet started organised preparations to join the EU Single Market.
